Steven Yee is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the fields of risk management, internal audit and corporate governance.  He is a professional member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Malaysia, the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and HRD Corp Accredited Trainer.

Steven obtained his initial professional training in the Assurance and Business Advisory unit of Price Waterhouse (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers).  He is the founder and Managing Director of Centegy Governance Advisory Sdn. Bhd., a boutique management consulting and training firm.  The firm is a registered Training Provider with HRD Corp.

Steven has earned a reputation in the fraternity for facilitating assurance-related subjects with enthusiasm, relating the contents of his training to both global and local insights. He endeavours to impart his wealth of knowledge and practical wisdom to aspiring assurance professionals, executives and organizations seeking to fortify their GRC capability and practices.
